ORAL ORDER :

The applicants have moved this application to bring their names on record as legal heirs of respondent No. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants submits that beside the present applicants, two other legal heirs are already brought on record as legal heirs of respondent No. 3. He further submits that one Momin Abdul Shakur Faruqui is also legal heir of deceased respondent No. 3. He submits that the appellants have no objection to allow the application.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause

2 C.A. 7531.2017 in S.A.915.2009 'B' and 'C'. The names of applicants be substituted as legal heirs of respondent No. 3. The necessary substitution be carried out within one week. The appellant is directed to take necessary steps to bring the names of other legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 3 on record. 3.

The application stands disposed of.
