Order :- Heard learned counsel for applicant- Acquiring Body and learned AGP for respondent No.1 - State of Maharashtra as well as learned counsel for respondent No.2 (original claimant). 2.

Perused the applications. Present applications are moved for seeking relief of stay to the impugned Judgment and Award passed by the learned Reference Court. Admittedly, applications came to be filed in the year 2010.

Learned counsel for the applicant- Acquiring Body submits that decreetal amount has already been deposited in the Reference Court and the same also withdrawn by the respondents (original claimants). 4.

In view of submission on behalf of applicant- Acquiring Body, there is no propriety to deal with present applications for any relief of stay in this matter. Hence, applications for stay stand disposed of accordingly. No order as to the costs.
