2 WP - 2268-2014+ ORDER :
1.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.
2.
It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that their tribe claims are pending with respondent no.2 - the scheduled tribe caste certificate scrutiny committee and the same are not decided yet.
3.
In the circumstances, it would be expedient that respondent no.2 decides on the tribe claims of petitioners, if not already decided, as early as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this court. 4.
Petitioners to remain present before respondent no. 2 - the scheduled tribe caste certificate scrutiny committee on 27-12-2018 and shall abide by schedule of the committee and shall co-operate with it.
5.
Till disposal of tribe claims of petitioners by respondent no.2, no coercive action based on impugned communications dated 18/24-02-2014 be taken.
6.
Writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
