Learned counsel for State Election Commission informs that the program of election for Village Panchayat Kille Vadgaon has been declared and as such, it would not be appropriate to cause interference in the process of election. Petitioner has raised objection in respect of delimitation and reservation of wards for 2015 elections to the Village Panchayat.
