The petitioner is coming with following prayers :- "A. Rule nisi may kindly be issued.

B. The writ petition may kindly be allowed.

C. Be pleased to direct the respondents to confirm the admission of the petitioner to the M.D.Microbiology Course in the respondent No.4 college as per his merit in NEET PG 2024 admission process. D. Be pleased to direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to participate in the subsequent online CAP stray Vacancy Rounds in NEET PG 2024 admission process on the seats remaining vacant after the CAP rounds.

E. Ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause C and D be granted." khs/Feb.2025/2775

There is a dearth in the pleading of the petitioner as to how the petitioner can file petition at this Bench in the light of either 2nd clause of Article 226 of the Constitution of India or Chapter XXXI of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules.

Considering the prayers being made, since all the respondents are beyond the territorial limits of the jurisdiction of this bench and there being no cause of action arising either, within the territorial limits of this bench, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to prefer appropriate petition before an appropriate bench.
