The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent No.1. Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel appears for respondent no. 2.

In case the proposal is filed by the petitioner for start of ANM course, then respondent no. 2 shall process the same and the decision shall be taken on the proposal of the petitioner on it's own merits, in accordance with law, after following the procedure for academic year 2021 - 2022.
