Present application has been filed for getting the delay of 2207 days condoned in filing first appeal. The acquiring body intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. Learned AGP representing respondent No.2 has no objection. Though the original claimant is represented by learned Advocate, he is absent. Under such circumstance, whatever the reasons mentioned in the application have gone unchallenged, therefore, delay stands condoned. 02.
