Learned Advocate for the appellant prays that he has received instructions from the appellant stating that there is compromise between him and the respondents and, therefore, he prays for withdrawal of the appeal.

Further, Civil Application No.8770 of 2021 has been filed for the withdrawal of the amount by the respondents. In view of the deposits those have been made in this appeal, all the amounts those have been deposited by the respondents to the application i.e. the appellants to the second appeal, are allowed to be withdrawn by the applicants to Civil Application No.8770 of 2021.

In view of above, second appeal as well as application stand disposed of.
