PER COURT :

1) In the present civil applications, it is the grievance of the applicants that they are not being paid salary from 1st April, 2016.

2) Learned Counsel appearing for Zilla Parishad, submits that the salary bills are already submitted and they are likely to be passed within next few days. Another request made in the application is for fixing the present matters along with the connected matters, for final disposal. Learned Counsel for Zilla Parishad does not have any objection for fixing the matters for final hearing.

3) In view of the above, place the matters for final hearing on 13th June, 2017. Both the civil applications stand disposed of.
