By this petition, the petitioner/complainant seeks directions to respondents to investigate the matter under the supervision of Senior Inspector or case be handed over to CID for investigation in Crime No. 16/2016 registered with Pimpaldari Police Station, Tq. Gangakhed, Dist. Parbhani for offence punishable under Sections 307, 365, 327, 385, 342, 54 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned APP, on instructions, states that the investigation is going on and very soon further action would be taken. 3.

In view of the statement made by learned APP, we are not inclined to continue with this petition and also we are not inclined to issue any directions to any authority to transfer the said investigation to any other agency.
