Present application has been filed by the insurance company for getting the delay of 41 days condoned in filing first appeal. The insurance company wants to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court on the point of quantum. 2.

Learned Advocate appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 raised strong objection for allowing the application on the ground that the delay has not been properly explained.
