Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Sant, learned advocate waives notice for respondent No. 3. 3.

The validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending since December - 2012.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the committee has again referred the matter to the vigilance. 5.

Considering the above, we pass the following order -

ORDER

I] Respondent No. 1 - committee shall decide the validation proceeding within five months from the date of appearance of the petitioner.

II] The petitioner shall appear before the respondent No. 1 - committee on 19th March, 2018.

III] The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

IV] The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that will be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding. 6.
