PER COURT :- 1) The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent tendered across the Bar the letter written by the Engineer P.W.D.-1, Zilla Parishad, Beed, to him, and submits that, the petitioners were given choice of the work place and accordingly as per their choices, they have been given postings. 2) As regards payment of salary for the intervening period from the date of impugned transfer order till date of joining by the petitioners, the Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Parishad, shall hear the petitioners and take decision on merits, as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.
