Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner orally prayed for amendment to the petition by correcting respondent No.3 in the title clause of the petition. Amendment be carried out forthwith.

Limited grievance raised in the petition in respect of non decision by respondent No.3. This being a limited grievance the petition is taken up for hearing disposal at the admission stage. Issue notice to the respondents, returnable forthwith. Learned AGP wavies service of notice for respondents/State.

Our attention is invited to the documents placed on record at Exh.C. A notice was issued by respondent No.3 disclosing the intention of authority for acquisition of land and payment of compensation to appropriate beneficiaries. The petitioner submitted representation to the competent authority respondent No.3 on 15.03.2017 and sum and substance of the representation is the notice suffers from various infirmities, there were three properties were partitioned and each of the person is having his independent right and claim in the properties. Be that as it may, as the submission is the representation is pending before the authority for considerable long period without there being any decision, respondent No.3 is directed to decide the application/representation dated 15.03.2017 as early as possible and not later than six weeks from the date of order of this Court, needless to state on the merits of the application/representation.

With the above directions, the writ petition is disposed of.
