Present application has been filed by the legal heirs of original claimant for withdrawal of the amount.

Heard both sides.

In view of the orders passed by this Court, amount that has been deposited in this matter by the Acquiring Body is to the extent of Rs.17,95,096/-. The award has been mainly challenged on the basis of quantum and, therefore, the applicants are allowed to withdraw amount of Rs.2,50,000/- each subject to giving undertaking within a period of eight weeks that they would make the said amount good, if directed at the time of final disposal of the appeal. 4.
