The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending consideration with the respondent committee. The petitioner has completed the course of B.Sc. (Horticulture), however his documents such as mark sheet, passing certificate, degree certificate are not released. 2.

The petitioner shall appear before respondent No.2 / committee on 22.03.2021.

The Respondent No.2 - Committee shall endeavor to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously and preferably within a period of three (03) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. 4.

The respondent No.3 shall not withhold the salary of the petitioner only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending. The degree certificate and other documents shall not be given to the petitioner until the petitioner produces the validity certificate 5.

The respondent No.3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered on the validation proceeding of the petitioner.

The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
