The Petitioners are complaining about disobedience of the order of this court dated 06.08.2018 in Writ Petition No. 3304 of 2018. 3.

By the order dated 06.08.2018, this court had merely directed the respondents to complete the acquisition proceedings subsequent to the issuance of notification under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013.

The affidavit-in-reply filed by the respondent no. 4 thereby stating about further steps having been taken culminating in passing of final award and raising of demand for money.
