Submissions made by both the sides show that Additional Commissioner, Nashik by order dated 06th December, 2011 has disqualified the present petitioner for the remaining period of the term who was appointed Sarpanch for the period 2010-15. The term itself is over and so the proceeding has become infructuous. So the petition is disposed of as infructuous.
