Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the deficiencies were appearing in the proposal. The petitioner has cleared the deficiencies only in the month of January 2021 and the committee would decide the validation proceeding within a period of six (06) months. 3.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has completed B.E. (Computer) course, but the mark sheet and all the documents have been withheld.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding within a

2 21-wp 5409-2021.odt period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 07.04.2021. 5.

The respondents shall not withhold the mark sheet of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The degree certificate shall not be issued until the petitioner produces the validity certificate. The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
