The learned counsel for the petitioner in response to Court's query submits that the petitioner will be appearing before the Tahsildar, Sillod, on 15.03.2023 with detailed explanation along with the documents, at 11 a.m. in response to the show cause notice dated 07.01.2023.

We direct the respondent no.2 - Tahsildar to forthwith hear the petitioner and decide the claim of the petitioner in any case by 17.03.2023.

In view of above, nothing survives in the petition. The petition stands disposed of. However, in case the order of the respondent no.2 is adverse to the interest of the petitioner, it shall be

open for the petitioner to take recourse to the remedy available under the law.
