DATED : 5th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the validation proceeding in respect of tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with the respondent no.2. The respondent no.3 be directed not to withhold result of the petitioner and allow the petitioner to proceed with further studies. Mr.Patil, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that the committee would decide proceedings expeditiously. We have heard learned AGP for respondent nos.1 and 3.

2] The proposal for validation of tribe certificate of the petitioner is pending since 2011. Respondent no.2 committee shall decide the said proceeding expeditiously

wp2535-15 -2preferably within six months. The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the said proceeding. The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 18/3/2015. Till the validation proceedings are pending, respondent no.3 shall not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further studies.

3] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
