20.06.2019 P.C. :- The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had given a proposal to the State Government for grant in aid to its senior college. The same is not considered. The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 4 and submits that the proposal for grant in aid has to be routed through the Joint Director (Higher Education). 2.

In light of that we pass the following order:

ORDER

i) The petitioner may give its proposal with the office of the Joint Director (Higher Education) for grant in aid. The Joint Director (Higher Education) shall process the said proposal and forward it to the State Government in accordance with the procedure.

( 2 ) 945 wp 7476.19 ii) Thereafter the decision be taken by the State Government expeditiously.

Iii) Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
