The applicant, by this application, filed within limitation, prays for recalling of the order dated 22.02.2022, by which the petition was dismissed in default. An order of the Court dated 04.01.2022 was not complied with.

Heard the learned advocates for the respective sides.

For the reasons set out in the application, the

5268.22CA same is allowed on the following conditions :- (a) The order dated 04.01.2022 shall be complied with by placing on record an affidavit and additional documents, on or before 28th April, 2022.

(b) All office objections shall be removed on or before 28th April, 2022.

(c) Failure to comply with either of the directions would result in recalling of the order passed today and the petition shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court w.e.f. 29.04.2022.

(d) Subject to the compliance of the above, the petition shall be restored at the stage at which it was dismissed and shall be listed for admission hearing on 4th May, 2022, in the urgent admission category.
