This petition can be disposed by granting liberty to the petitioner to tender appropriate representation to the Sub Divisional Level Committee established under the Circular issued by the Commissioner on 13.02.2015. If petitioner tenders representation to the said Committee within a period of four weeks from today, the said Committee shall examine the matter and issue appropriate directions, if deemed necessary, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of the application/representation. With the directions as above, writ petition stands disposed of.
