Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the Headmaster has submitted proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners as Junior Clerk and Lab. Attendant on 2.08.2013. The same is not yet decided.

We have heard learned Addl. G. P. for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

In case, the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioners is pending with respondent No.2 (Exhibit B Collectively), Respondent No.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within four months.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
