The learned Counsel for the petitioner has placed on record an order passed by the leaned Civil Judge Senior Division, Mukhed, in Special Civil Suit No.03/2015, on 09/09/2021, under which, a compromise has been recorded and the decree is directed to be drawn in accordance with the said compromise. The said order is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. 2.

In the wake of the aforesaid order, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives in the writ petition for it's adjudication.

In the wake of the aforesaid statement, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous, in view of the order passed and marked as 'X'.
