This application is filed for withdrawal of amount deposited by the Acquiring Body.

It is pointed out that this Court has permitted to withdraw the amount deposited by the Acquiring Body vide order dated 20.03.2019 passed in Civil Application No.1311 of 2019 in FA/4476/2016 and connected matters.

In that view of the matter, application is allowed. Applicants/claimants are permitted to withdraw 50% of the compensation amount along with proportionate interest thereon, on furnishing usual undertaking and 25% of the compensation amount along with proportionate interest thereon, on furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial).
