This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to the District Collector, Ahmednagar, to take decision on the written objection / application tendered by petitioner on 27.03.2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from today, in accordance with provisions of law and after extending an opportunity of hearing to petitioner and, it is accordingly directed. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 informs that the Collector has already determined the amount and said amount is also paid to petitioner which fact has been suppressed by him. If that be so, it would
