Petitioner has prayed for an innocuous relief i.e. direction to respondent No.5 to consider and decide his representation dated 18.12.2020 within stipulated period.

Record indicates that, respondent No.5 has been duly served in the matter. Despite service, none appears for respondent No.5. 3.

In view thereof, respondent No.5 is directed to decide representation of the petitioner dated 18.12.2020 (Page 58) as per provisions of law and applicable Government Resolutions. This be done within a period of four months from the date of receipt of this Order.

It is to be noted here that, directing respondent No.5 to consider representation of the petitioner shall not be construed as

direction to absorb him in service or otherwise giving him any benefits, if not permissible in law.
