Heard Shri Bhalerao, the learned counsel appearing for the applicants and Advocate Shri Karhalkar appearing for respondent no.1 and 2 i.e the original claimant.

The delay of 1283 days has occurred in filing these appeals by the acquiring body. The reasons as are stated in the applications, which according to me are just and sufficient, the delay caused of 1283 days in filing the appeals is condoned. 3.

The appeal be registered in accordance with law. 4.

Civil application for condonation of delay stands disposed of.

On registration of the appeals, issue notice to the respondents. Mr. Karhalkar waives notice for respondent nos. 1 and 2. Mr. Phule waives notice for respondent-State. Service is completed.
