1] The learned AGP has taken objection that alternate remedy is available to the petitioner, which is mentioned in clause no.6 of the impugned order dated 12.12.2022 passed by the Additional Collector, Ahmednagar.

2] In view of the objections raised, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the present Writ Petition, with liberty to approach revisional authority.

3] The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the period spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act

3519.23WP for computing the period of limitation in filing the revision before the revisional authority.

4] It is directed that the time spent in prosecuting the present Writ Petition to be excluded under Section 14 of the Limitation Act for computing the period of limitation in filing the revision before the revisional authority. 5] In the event the revision is filed, the revisional authority may decide the same as expeditiously as possible. If an application is moved for release of the vehicle, the same may be decided as expeditiously as possible by way of and interim application.
