Learned counsel for the applicant states that respondents are served. The statement is accepted.

By this Civil application, the applicant seeks amendment in the writ petition. Necessary amendment is enclosed with the Civil application at Exh.CA-1.

Writ petition is not yet admitted. The applicant seeks to implead the Director, Medical Education and Research, Mumbai as respondent No.6 in the petition and to bring on record some averments, additional document, letter dated 11th February, 2022 issued during pendency of this petition.

For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the application is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (B).

Amendment to be carried out within one week from today. The amendment shall also be carried out in the copies supplied to the respondents within one week thereafter.

Merely because we have permitted this amendment would not amount to admission of any contentions raised and the prayers sought in the amendment. The respondents would be at liberty to file reply to the amended copy within two weeks from the date, the applicant carries out amendment in the copies supplied to them. Rejoinder, if any, shall be filed within one week thereafter. 7.
