Heard the learned counsel for the applicant, learned APP for the respondent-State and the learned appointed counsel for the victim.

The applicant is 23 years old and the victim was 16 years old. Out of their love affair, the victim got pregnant. The applicant admitted his paternity. They are ready to marry. The mother of the victim has filed affidavit on record. That apart, the material investigation has been completed. Nothing is to be recovered from the applicant. In the circumstances, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant AMOL VITTHAL KHANDARE be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.185 of 2022, registered by Police Station Basmath City, District Hingoli, for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376(2)(j), 376(n) of the IPC and Section 6 and 8 of the POCSO Act, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.

(iii) The Secretary, High Court Legal Services, SubCommittee, Aurangabad do pay the legal fees to advocate Jadhav as per the schedule.
