This civil application is filed for bringing on record LRs of the deceased respondent No.4 on record. 2.

Mr. Bhopi holding for learned Advocate Mr. Dhorde states that he has instruction to appear for the proposed LRs of respondent No. 4. He opposes the application. 3.

There is delay of 1826 days in filing this application. 4.

The Division Bench of this Court in Keshao Kawadu Maral and another Versus State of Maharashtra, reported in 2005 (supp.) B.C.R. 226, condoned the delay of six years in filing the application for bringing legal heirs on record relying
