Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner is that, the application filed by the petitioner for mutating his name in the record of rights is not attended to by the Chief Officer of the Municipal Council, Beed. 3.

Mr. Thigle, the learned counsel appears for respondent No.2 and submits that in case the application of the petitioner (Page19) is pending, then the same would be decided by the Chief Officer on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within a period of three months.
