PER COURT :- Since the Passport Seva Kendra has already been established at Aurangabad, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant PIL stands redressed. Learned ASG appearing for Union of India states, on instructions, that steps are being taken for establishing Pass Port Seva Kendra at Beed and appropriate steps in that regard are in contemplation. It is further stated that, appropriate orders will be issued for attachment of other districts in Marathawada region to already existing Seva Kendra or proposed Seva Kendra. In this view of the matter, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant PIL stands redressed.

The PIL stands disposed of.
