Learned counsel for the appellant states that the present appeals arise out of interim order passed in Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 148/2019 and Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 161/2019 respectively, which are decided on merits vide judgment and order dated 02.03.2021. He further states that in terms of the said judgment and order amount is deposited by the appellant in the Court of the learned Civil Judge Senior Division, Jalgaon. 2.

In that view of the matter, the appeals are disposed of as infructuous.
