At the outset, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, he is restricting the petition only to the extent of prayer clause (B). He is not pressing prayer clauses (A), (C) and (D). 2.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No. 3 to take necessary steps in respect of representations dated 07.01.2022 (Exhibit-C), 19.01.2023 (Exhibit-F) and 02.02.2023 (Exhibit-J) and place it before the General Body after formation within reasonable time.
