We have heard Mr. Hon, learned counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner challenges the circular dated 28.10.2005 issued by the Commissioner for Cooperation on the ground that the same is not in conformity with Section 69 (A) of Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960. 3.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the Section 69(A) of Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1960 stands deleted with effect from 13.08.2013.

In view of that, the very basis of the challenge does not survive. Writ Petitions as such are disposed of. Rule discharge. No costs.

In view of the disposal of the writ petitions, nothing survive in the civil applications. Civil Applications as such disposed of.
