The Writ Petition has been dismissed on account of non removal of office objections. This Civil application suffers from delay of 125 days. We have heard the learned advocates for the respective sides.

For the reasons cited and since the delay is not too large, the Civil Application is allowed. The writ Petition shall stand restored to it's original stage at which it was dismissed, only after the Petitioner removes all office objections, on or before 18.03.2023. 3.
