The petitioners are aggrieved by the damage being caused to their field on account of work undertaken under the scheme

2989.25wp (2) Matoshri Gramsamruddhi Shet/Panand Raste Yojna pronounced by the Government Resolution dated 11/11/2021.

In the light of mechanism provided therein, they have adverted attention of respondent/Collector, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar vide communication dated 02/12/2024 (Exhibit 'E'). 3.

The writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the representation of the petitioners in the light of the mechanism provided under the aforementioned Government Resolution, in respect of the petitioners' representation (Exhibit 'E'), as expeditiously as possible and in any case within eight weeks.
