The employer of the Petitioner has moved this Civil Application in view of the ex-parte ad interim protection dated 17/03/2020, granted by this Court in Writ Petition No.4071/2020. The original Petitioner's claim of belonging to the 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe category has been invalidated. 2.

The learned Advocate for the original Petitioner submits that, the Petitioner would tender an affidavit undertaking that, she will not claim any increments / pay-fixation /

10977.23ca (2) promotion / service benefits of any nature, etc. until her claim is validated by this Court.

Let such affidavit undertaking be filed in this Court, on or before 30/11/2023 and a copy of the same be tendered to the employer within 15 days from today.

In view of the above, this Civil Application is disposed off.

Since the affidavit undertaking is being filed, the adinterim protection would continue. 6.
