Mr. Joydeep Chatterji, learned counsel for the applicants, on instructions, submits that the applicants wish to withdraw the present application. However, liberty to file similar application, in case the trial is not concluded within reasonable period, may be granted.

Accordingly, the present application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such. The learned Sessions Judge is directed to expedite the hearing of the trial.

The Registry to communicate to the concerned Sessions Court accordingly.
