The grievance of the petitioner is that his name is not mutated in the revenue record as a Pattedar. In case of grievance with regard to the record of rights, the committee has been constituted under Circular dated 13.02.2015.

The petitioner may approach the said committee. If the petitioner approaches the said committee with regard to his grievance, the committee shall consider the said grievance in accordance with law, after following principles of

2 wp 3631.19 natural justice and issue further directions in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within six (06) months from the date of making application by the petitioner.

Writ Petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
