PER COURT :- This is an Application, seeking recall of the order passed by the Registrar, dismissing the petition for want of prosecution by order dated 11.12.2017.

Considering the contentions raised in the Application, Application deserves to be allowed and the same is accordingly allowed. The order passed by the Registrar on 11.12.2017 is quashed and set aside. The applicant shall remove office objections within four weeks from today. In the event of failure of the applicant to remove office objections, the order passed in the instant Civil application shall be deemed to have been recalled.

The delay occured in presenting the application is condoned. Civil Application is disposed of.
