Looking at the nature of order under challenge, it appears to be of ad interim in nature, in the circumstances, petitioner can approach concerned authority again for hearing on interim relief application. Such an application for interim relief or if it is not there then application by petitioner for hearing on interim relief may be considered expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order. 2.

It appears that the main matter itself would be expedient to be proceeded with expeditiously and decided preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of writ of this
