The learned Advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner would approach the Commissioner of the Nanded Municipal Corporation and put forth a comprehensive representation within 15 days. 3.

If such representation is filed, the said authority may consider the same by following the due procedure laid down in law and respond to the said representation within a period of 90 days from today. 4.

In the event the petitioner's grievance is not redressed, he would be at liberty to approach the Civil Court for initiating a civil suit for demolition of the purported illegal construction. 5.

This petition is, therefore, disposed off.
