DATED : 5th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- Learned counsel for the petitioner states that appeal is filed before the Education Officer (Secondary) on 19/11/2014. However, the same is not being considered. We have heard learned AGP also. 2] It is only two months back the Appeal has been filed. Naturally the Appeal will have to be heard after hearing all the parties concerned.

3] In light of that, if Appeal filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent no.2, the respondent no.2 shall decide the said Appeal expeditiously in accordance with law after following the principles of natural justice, preferably within six months. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
