Pursuant to our orders dated 5th March, 2024 and 26th March, 2024, the Petitioner is regularly paying the electricity bills as well as the water charges. The issue of levying taxes is a matter which was subjudice before the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Rahata, Dist. Ahmednagar in Tax Appeal No. 01 of 2018. By judgment dated 7th August, 2019, certain reliefs were granted to the Petitioner. The said judgment is challenged and the Appeal is now pending before the learned Sessions Court at Kopergaon, Dist. Ahmednagar (Criminal Revision No. 58 of 2019).

The Petitioner was before us as it was apprehended that the property may be seized and water connection and electricity connection 919.wp2316.24.odt

would be discontinued. Pursuant to our orders, the Petitioner is now regularly paying the electricity and water charges and the RespondentNagar-Panchayat, Shirdi does not have a reason to disconnect the water supply or the electricity supply, until there is a lapse on the part of the Petitioner.

Insofar as the grievance of the Petitioner that the Respondent-Nagar-Panchayat, Shirdi is not following the judgment of the learned Trial Court dated 7th August, 2019, the said issue need not be taken up by this Court as a Criminal Revision is already pending. 4.

In view of the above directions and observations, this Writ Petition is disposed off.
