In pursuance to our order dated 01.07.2025 and the notice that was issued the girl has been produced before us at 2.20 p.m. in our chamber. We have interacted with her. She has stated that at present she is aged 18 years and 02 months old. She has stated that after she became major she has performed marriage with Sumit Sontakke as per her wish and she wants to go and join the company of her husband.

Learned Advocate appearing for applicant, learned APP for

105_Cri.WP_229_2025 respondent Nos.1 and 2 and learned Advocate for respondent No.3 are present before us.

Since the girl is now major, she is at liberty. Further, we are assured that she has not been confined against her wish. Under such circumstance, there is no question of issuing writ of Habeas Corpus. The writ petition stands disposed of.
